How DM Media handles information submitted through the public website.
Scope
This working policy applies to the DM Media public website, contact and project forms, Website Care requests, apparel planning tools, and related business communications.
Information collected
DM Media may collect names, business details, contact information, project answers, website URLs, uploaded artwork, selected garment details, messages, approvals, device information, security logs, and transaction records when those features are active.
Payments
Payment information is intended to be processed by an approved payment provider. Do not send full card numbers, bank credentials, passwords, authentication codes, Social Security numbers, or government identification through public forms or messages.
How information is used
Information may be used to respond to inquiries, review scope, prepare proposals, provide services, process approved orders, prevent fraud, maintain records, improve the website, and comply with legal or contractual obligations.
Sharing and service providers
DM Media does not sell personal information. Limited information may be shared with hosting, email, scheduling, analytics, payment, shipping, security, professional, or project providers only as reasonably needed for their role.
Retention and choices
Records are retained only as reasonably needed for services, contracts, accounting, disputes, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. Requests to correct information, opt out of marketing, or delete information not required for retention may be submitted through the Contact page.
Security
DM Media uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no website, account, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. The Client Hub and private-file features are not open yet.
Children and updates
The services are not directed to children under 13. Customers under 18 should have a parent or legal guardian complete or approve purchases and agreements. Material policy updates will display a revised effective date.
