Consultation Terms
Working rules for clarification, strategy, technical-review, and training sessions.
Scheduling
DM Media sends manual scheduling instructions after the order is reviewed. A purchase does not reserve a calendar time until DM Media confirms it.
Changes and attendance
At least 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule. One complimentary reschedule is allowed. Late cancellations and no-shows are generally nonrefundable. A late arrival still ends at the scheduled time.
Session scope
Technical work is not performed during a strategy session unless the purchased service specifically includes it. Advice is educational and does not guarantee a project, outcome, sale, ranking, or technical result.
Free clarification call
The free 15-minute Project Clarification Call is introductory only and is limited to one call per prospective project. It is not a full strategy or technical-work session.
Potential project credit
A paid Website Strategy or E-Commerce Strategy fee may be credited toward a future website project only at the owner's discretion and when confirmed in writing.
