DM Media LLC
Customer Approval Terms
What an approval means for design, content, apparel, and production.
Review carefully
Before approving, review names, spelling, dates, quantities, sizes, prices, colors, artwork, placement, page content, features, delivery information, and any stated limitations.
Effect of approval
An approval authorizes DM Media to proceed to the next stated phase. For custom apparel, production begins only after the required payment and final production proof approval. The public configurator preview is not that final proof.
Changes after approval
Changes after approval may require a change order, new proof, additional fee, material replacement, revised schedule, or production restart. Some changes may be impossible after production begins.
Color and device differences
Screens, printers, inks, fabric, paper, lighting, compression, and production methods can cause reasonable color and appearance differences. Exact device-to-product color matching is not guaranteed unless a specific proofing method is agreed.
Customer-supplied errors
Approved spelling, sizes, content, low-resolution source material, rights issues, and customer-directed preferences generally do not become DM Media production errors merely because the customer later changes their mind.
Electronic records
Timestamped form submissions, order summaries, Client Hub approvals, email confirmations, electronic signatures, and approved change orders may be retained as business records. Customers should receive or be able to download the records that control their service.
