File Upload Terms
Rules for artwork, website content, images, documents, and other submitted files.
Permission to use
By submitting a file, you confirm that you own it or have sufficient permission to use, reproduce, edit, print, publish, and deliver it for the requested service.
Prohibited content
Do not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, malicious, hateful, exploitative, confidential, medical, financial, credential, government-identification, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Artwork quality
Browser quality checks and enhancement recommendations are estimates. DM Media may request a replacement file, redraw, cleanup, licensed font, or paid production-art service when a file cannot safely produce the requested result.
Permitted processing
DM Media may resize, crop, convert, remove backgrounds, improve edges, prepare color, create previews, store working copies, and share files with approved production or service providers only as reasonably needed for the agreed work.
Storage and deletion
DM Media does not promise permanent storage. Public apparel uploads should not be used for confidential information. Private-file storage and Client Hub uploads remain disabled until security work is separately completed.
Claims
DM Media may pause or remove disputed content and require proof of ownership, licensing, or permission. The customer is responsible for claims arising from material they supplied without adequate rights.
