Refund & Cancellation Policy
Working rules for different DM Media service types.
General rule
Refund eligibility depends on the service, work completed, materials purchased, reserved time, production stage, third-party expenses, transaction costs, and applicable law. This policy does not create an automatic refund right.
Website projects
Deposits and completed work are generally nonrefundable to the extent permitted by law. Cancellation requires written notice. DM Media will calculate completed work, committed costs, licensed assets, and any remaining balance under the signed agreement.
Custom apparel
Custom products are generally not returnable for preference, sizing choices, approved spelling, approved artwork, or approved placement after production begins. Verified DM Media production errors may qualify for repair, reprint, replacement, partial refund, or refund as reasonably appropriate.
Consultations
Bookings generally require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling. No-shows and late cancellations may be nonrefundable under the booking terms.
Website Care
Care cancellation follows the applicable plan agreement, initial commitment, renewal notice, and any outstanding approved work. Ending care does not reverse ownership of a fully paid and transferred website.
Third-party purchases
Domains, hosting, software, apps, licenses, stock assets, printing materials, transaction fees, and other third-party purchases may be nonrefundable or governed by the provider's own policy.
