Apparel Policy
Working rules for custom apparel orders, artwork, proofs, shipping, and issue reporting.
Custom production
Custom apparel is created specifically for the customer. Personalized orders are generally not returnable or exchangeable for change of mind, customer-selected sizing, approved spelling, approved artwork, or approved placement.
Artwork and permission
Customers confirm they own or have adequate permission to use submitted artwork. DM Media may request replacement files, cleanup, redrawing, or licensing information before production.
Proof approval
Payment does not begin printing. Production begins only after DM Media reviews the artwork and the customer approves the final production proof. The public configurator mockup is a planning preview, not the final proof.
Production issues
DM Media will review verified production errors, defects, or damage in transit. The reasonable remedy may include repair, reprint, replacement, partial refund, or refund where appropriate and required.
Returns and claims
Contact DM Media before mailing anything back. Keep affected garments, shipping packaging, labels, and clear photographs while a claim is reviewed.
Shipping
Version 1 apparel orders ship within the United States through USPS. Standard shipping is $9.99; qualifying orders of $150 or more receive free shipping. No public pickup or local delivery is offered.
