Artwork & File Upload Terms
Rights and responsibilities when submitting finished artwork for Marketing printing or apparel.

Finished artwork required (draft)
Finished artwork is required for Marketing print orders. DM Media does not currently provide an on-page graphic design editor. Customers who need design work should use Contact / Design Help.
Accepted launch file types include PDF, PNG, and JPG/JPEG. PDF is recommended where appropriate.
DM Media reviews submitted files for basic production readiness and provides a digital proof before production.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving visible content, spelling, contact information, dates, artwork placement, orientation, and other design details.
Production begins only after final proof approval.
You are responsible for having rights to artwork you upload. DM Media stores originals privately for review and production.
Final file-upload and customer-approval terms are not confirmed and are not attorney-approved.
Color and manufacturing variation (draft)
Digital proofs are primarily for content, layout, positioning, orientation, and general appearance.
Exact screen-to-print color matching is not guaranteed. Physical printing may vary due to screens, inks, media, printer, finish, and production process.
Minor reasonable color variation is not automatically a defect. Significant unreasonable production color problems can still be reviewed as production defects.
Turnaround (draft)
Production turnaround estimates begin after final proof approval, not when the original order is placed.
Shipping or transit time is separate from production time unless specifically stated.
Completion and delivery dates are estimates, not absolute guarantees.
Rush production is not offered at launch.
