Commitment and target
DM Media LLC wants dmmedia.shop and its services to be usable by people with disabilities. The project's practical target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA where reasonably applicable to the content and functionality DM Media controls.
This is a good-faith target, not a guarantee of perfect accessibility or a claim that every page, document, third-party tool, or user-supplied asset formally conforms to WCAG 2.2 AA.
Current approach
DM Media considers keyboard use, visible focus, semantic structure, labels and instructions, color contrast, text resizing, responsive layout, motion preferences, error feedback, and descriptive alternatives as part of design, development, and review. Accessibility is evaluated alongside security, payment integrity, mobile behavior, and content accuracy.
Third-party and complex content
Some functions rely on third parties such as Stripe or on complex customer-provided artwork, documents, media, or product previews. DM Media does not control every aspect of those materials or services, but will look for a reasonable alternative or assistance when a barrier is reported and the requested service can be provided another way.
Report a barrier or request assistance
Use the Contact page and select Accessibility help. Identify the page or feature, describe the problem and assistive technology or browser if relevant, and state the format or assistance you need. Do not submit passwords or full payment-card numbers.
DM Media will review the request and respond or provide a practical status update as resources and the nature of the issue allow. This statement does not promise a fixed response or remediation deadline.
Ongoing improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing process. DM Media may update this statement as the site, standards, third-party tools, and testing practices change. Approved changes will show a version, last-updated date, and effective date.
